Heidi Mitchell - CEO

Heidi is a native Oregonian and has lived here most of her life along with living in Washington & Mississippi. Heidi has been networking and helping other businesses grow over the past 25 years. She also has experience in fashion networking, and sales along with marketing & management. Heidi has a passion for helping other businesses grow by empowering networking marketing and advertising.

Heidi is a proud Mom of 4 kids and a grandma (Puma) to 2 little boys. Heidi loves the outdoors and does photography as a hobby. Heidi is one of the most upbeat women you will ever meet always there helping others.

Heidi believes in empowering women 1 woman at a time! Bringing women together and helping encourage one another.

Lynnette Scott - President

Lynnette has lived in Oregon since 1995, and never wants to leave!

In 1992, she fulfilled her childhood dream of becoming an Elementary School teacher and has taught kids from kindergarten through 6th grade. When her son entered Elementary school in 2005, she spent those six years teaching and volunteering as well as being a member and president of the PTO. She continued to teach as well as volunteer at her son’s middle school until 2015.

In 2011 she had the opportunity to talk to a new and used LEGO store owner about franchising and after a year of convincing him, in 2012 Lynnette became the first franchisee of Bricks & Minifigs. Having no business experience, she jumped in with both feet and started a successful business on her own. She has recently just celebrated her 12-year anniversary for her store. Being a single woman owned business, building it from the ground up with no prior experience, surviving the economic crisis due to Covid and celebrating her 10-year anniversary, shows the dedication and hard work she has the spirit for.

Lynnette became a member of the Beaverton Area Chamber in 2019 and has been active in many of the social events as well as being a member of the Women in Business Committee.

Lynnette loves spending time with friends, family, and her kittens. She also enjoys traveling, photography, and long walks on the beach.

Keri Davis - Manager

Keri has 32 years of experience in manufacturing. She has 6 years of experience in management in a manufacturing setting. She has experience and can organize and direct people to get the most from their labor without sacrificing their dignity. She firmly believes in the power of positive reinforcement. That you can get more done with kindness and understanding than threats and bullying. She may not always have the answer you're looking for, but she will find someone who does.

She currently manages the finished goods floor of a handmade tile studio in Southeast Portland. 16 people report to her, and she loves her job. She knows how to work hard and is not afraid to do the heavy lifting.

She has worked in male dominated fields her entire working life. She knows how to navigate their world without losing her femininity.

Elyse Wynter - Sales

Elyse Wynter comes to us with Business Marketing & Sales Professional with 20+ years' experience managing teams of 20+ Functional Health Coach & Licensed Real Estate Agent in Oregon Supporting Women Owned Businesses for 9+ years.

Taunya Hudnall - Customer Service

Taunya comes to us with over 20 years of experience with payroll, accounts receivables, quick books, customer service in retail, call center, and office settings. She loves fashion she has her own very large shoe collection.
